Shipping and Order Processing Times

We endeavour to process all orders within a week. We pack and ship orders every Thursday/Friday on a weekly basis. Orders received after 5pm on a Wednesday will be processed and shipped out the following week.

Estimated Shipping Times

We use Australia Post. We estimate shipping times to be 5-8 business days to metro addresses and allow 1-2 extra business days to rural addresses. Please note that this can change during the festive or sales seasons.

Can you deliver to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all book boxes. Gift vouchers are delivered electronically and do not incur a shipping fee. For all other orders, such as standalone book merch (where available), a flat rate of $10 will be charged.

Do you offer local pickup?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this at the moment.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within Australia. However, we are working on being able to ship internationally! Keep an eye on our socials for updates!
